MarketBeam enables employees to easily share company-created quality content with their own social networks.
Employees choose their sharing preference while setting up the Profile. This preference will determine how the user or employee gets notified when there is new content ready for sharing.
Choosing Personal Sharing Preference
Navigate to the Profile page to connect your social accounts. Once connected, choose a Sharing Preference.

Option 1: Pre-approve content or Auto-share
Choose Auto-share on the Profile in order to pre-approve all social media post content for publishing. In this case, there is no specific action required when there is new content. MarketBeam will automatically publish posts to individual LinkedIn and/or Twitter profiles.
Note: The posts can be published only to the social accounts that are connected. To learn more, see Add a Social Account.
Option 2: Email Notification
Choose the Email Notification option if you want to review the social media post before it gets published.

When there is a new social media post ready for you to post, you will receive an email. Click on the 'Share now' button to instantly publish a post to LinkedIn and/or Twitter.
It is not required to login to MarketBeam or social networks to post the content. The Share now button publishes the post to your connected social media accounts.
Option 3: Slack Notification
If your company uses Slack, you can get Slack messages when there is new social media post is ready to be published.
Check with you admin if Slack notifications are available for you.
