Employee Leaderboard
The Employee Leaderboard feature within the Analytics menu, helps track and visualize employee performance based on their social media engagement.
Accessing the Leaderboard:
- Navigate to the Analytics menu -> Employee Performance.
Understanding the Leaderboard:
The Leaderboard is a table that displays employee names and their corresponding total points per month. Points are awarded based on specific social media actions, as detailed below.
Point Distribution:
- Share or Sharing Original Content: 50 points (An employee creates an original post based on content provided by the marketing team)
- Reshare or Resharing Company Posts: 30 points (An employee shares a post published on the company's social media page)
- Like Liking Company Posts: 10 points (An employee likes a post published on the company's social media page)
- Clicks: 20 points (The number of times the employee's network clicks on a company post they shared)
Calculating Employee Points:
Each employee's total points are calculated by multiplying the number of their respective actions (Shares/Reshares, Clicks, Likes) by the corresponding point value per action and then summing those values.
Example:
John Doe has:
- 18 Shares/Reshares
- 3 Clicks
John Doe's total points would be:
(18 Shares/Reshares * 50 points/share) + (3 Clicks * 20 points/click) + (3 Likes * 50 points/like) = 1110 points
Benefits of the Leaderboard:
- Track employee performance: The Leaderboard provides a clear view of how employees are performing in terms of social media engagement.
- Motivate employees: The gamified aspect of the Leaderboard can motivate employees to be more active on social media.
- Identify top performers: The Leaderboard helps identify employees who are consistently generating high engagement.
Note:
The Leaderboard currently tracks social media engagement metrics such as Shares/Reshares, Clicks, and Likes. This point distribution and the available metrics may be subject to change based on future updates.
