Your Profile is the foundation of your experience in MarketBeam. Setting it up correctly ensures that your social accounts are connected, your sharing preferences are locked in, and you are receiving the right notifications to stay active with your network.

1. Getting Started: Activation & Login

Accessing MarketBeam begins with your invitation to join the team:

  • Activation Email: When an administrator invites you, you will receive an invitation email. Simply click 'Activate Your Account' to set a secure password and proceed to the login page.

  • Standard Login: Enter your work email and the secure password you just created.

  • SSO Login: If your organization has Single Sign-On enabled, you can gain instant access by clicking 'Sign in with SSO' and using your standard corporate credentials.

2. Choosing Your Sharing Method

Once you have logged in, you can decide how you want to share the content created by your Marketing Team. There are three primary ways to participate:

  • Auto-Share (Recommended): Choose this option to share content on "auto-pilot." Approved posts will be shared to your connected network automatically, ensuring a consistent social presence with zero manual effort.

  • Email Notifications: Choose this option if you prefer to receive each post in your inbox first. This allows you to personalize the copy before sharing or share the post directly from the email button.

  • Slack Notifications: If your company uses Slack, you can get notified directly in your preferred channel. From Slack, you can view the content and choose to personalize or share it directly through the MarketBeam App.

3. Connecting Social Accounts

To enable any of the sharing methods above, you must link your professional social profiles:

  • How to Connect: Navigate to your Profile Settings and click the Connect button next to the platform icon.

  • Authorization: Follow the prompts to authorize MarketBeam to post on your behalf. Once finished, your status will show as "Connected."
