The Audit module in MarketBeam is a specialized database designed to meet the rigorous record-keeping standards of regulated industries. It provides a permanent, searchable, and exportable history of all social media activity to ensure your organization is always "audit-ready."

Audit Logs and Retention

MarketBeam captures comprehensive data across all social interactions to provide a complete picture of your digital presence.

• Log Types: The platform generates detailed, downloadable logs for all published content, user comments, and direct messages (DMs).

• Retention Policy: To support global regulatory requirements (including SEC, FDA), audit logs are retained for 7 years. This ensures that historical data is available for long-term compliance reviews.

• Regulatory Export: All audit data can be exported in CSV for formal regulatory submissions, streamlining the evidence-gathering process during an audit.

The Audit Database

The database acts as a centralized repository for both outgoing content and incoming engagement, tracking the following:

• Published Content: Records every published link, including the specific date, time, and social platforms used.

• Engagement History: Captures all social media comments and the corresponding brand responses.

• Safety Monitoring: Records all identified complaints and sentiment analysis results.
