How to Create a User Login on MarketBeam

Every user on MarketBeam requires a login to access the platform and proceed with social media sharing. This guide outlines the steps to create a user login on MarketBeam.

 

Step 1: Check for SSO Login (Single Sign-On):

  • Visit app.marketbeam.io and see if your company has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) login for you.
  • Click on "Login using SSO" and enter your single sign-on login credentials. If this method works, you will be logged into MarketBeam without needing a separate login.

 

Step 2: Contact Your Marketing Admin:

  • If the SSO login option did not work or is not available, reach out to your marketing admin for assistance.
  • Your marketing admin is typically someone from your marketing team who manages MarketBeam. Contact them to request a login for the platform.

Step 3: Receive Email Invitation:

  • After contacting your marketing admin, you will receive an email notification inviting you to join MarketBeam.
  • Open the email and locate the option to "Activate your account."
  • Click on "Activate your account" in the email and follow the prompts to set a password for your MarketBeam account.

 

Step 5: Complete Profile Setup:

  • Once you are able to login, complete the registration process by completing the Profile set up including connecting your social media accounts.
