Facebook requires a more personalized approach. This section explains how employees can manually amplify corporate content to their Facebook profiles.

Profile Configuration

To begin sharing content on Facebook, you must first enable the option in your personal settings:

  • Enable Facebook Sharing: Navigate to your Profile and check the box labeled Share on Facebook.

How to Share: The Email Workflow

Unlike other networks, Facebook sharing is not automatic. Because Facebook prioritizes personal authentic sharing, MarketBeam uses an email-only notification system:

  1. Admin Publishes: When an administrator creates a post and selects Facebook for amplification, the system triggers the workflow.

  2. Email Notification: You will receive a dedicated Amplification Notification in your inbox.

To ensure you never miss a Facebook post, verify your notification settings:

  • Email Alerts: Make sure Email Notifications are active in your user preferences. This is the primary way you will receive your Facebook-ready content.

  • Real-Time Access: These notifications are sent the moment a post is live, allowing you to quickly share fresh corporate news with your personal community.
