Overview

 

The Leaderboard is a gamification feature designed to encourage healthy competition and recognize your most active employee advocates. It tracks and rewards participation to help drive higher engagement across the organization.

It assigns points to users based on their social media activity within MarketBeam. Common activities that earn points include:

  • Sharing corporate posts to personal networks.

  • Generating Clicks from shared content.

  • Engagement (Likes and Reshares) likes and reshare performed from MarketBeam

Where can it be found?

  • For Users: The Leaderboard is typically visible on the main menu. Users can see their current rank, total points, and how they compare to the top performers in the company.

  • For Admins: Administrators can access more detailed rankings via the Analytics tab to identify top contributors.
