When it's necessary to remove a user from your team, such as when an employee leaves the company, you can follow these steps to delete them from MarketBeam:

 

  • Access the Team Menu:

    • Click on the Team menu within MarketBeam.
  • Search for the User:

    • Use the search function to find the user you want to delete. You can search by their name or email address.
  • Select User/s:

    • Check the checkboxes next to the name(s) of the user(s) you wish to remove.
  • Click "Delete":

    • After selecting the user(s), click on the "Delete" button.

 

Note:

  • Removing a user from the team will revoke their access to team content and their ability to share content on social media through MarketBeam.
  • Deleting a user will also remove their previous engagement data from the Analytics Dashboard.
