Connecting

 

  • Access Social Accounts Settings:

    • Navigate to the Team settings within MarketBeam.
    • Select the "Social Accounts" tab.
  • Access Facebook Page:

    • Within the Social Accounts tab, locate and click on the Facebook page you wish to connect.
  • Login to Facebook:

    • You will be directed to the Facebook login page.
    • Log in to your profile (it may be your personal FB profile) that is the admin of the FB company page. 
  • Choose the Correct Page:

    • After successful login, you will be able to see all the Facebook pages you administer.
    • Select the correct Facebook page from the list. Ensure that you choose the page that corresponds to your company's official page.

 

  • Connect Facebook Page:

    • You will be redirected to MarketBeam where you get to add the right Facebook page. 

 

 

Disconnecting

  • Locate Connected Facebook Page:
    • Team Settings -> Social accounts
  • Delete Connected Account:

    • Find the connected Facebook page and select the option to "Delete" it.
    • Confirm the action to disconnect the Facebook page from MarketBeam.

 

Important Note:

  • Disconnecting the Facebook page means that MarketBeam will no longer be able to publish posts to that page.
  • If you wish to resume posting to the Facebook page in the future, you will need to reconnect it to MarketBeam following the same steps outlined above.
