Due to Facebook's restrictions on automatic sharing through third-party apps like MarketBeam, users are required to manually share content on their personal Facebook feed.

Here's how you can share your company's content on Facebook using MarketBeam:

  • Choose Sharing Preferences:

    • Navigate to the Profile page within MarketBeam.
    • Under "Sharing Preferences," check the option for "Share on Facebook."

    Note: Users cannot automatically share on Facebook. This setting simply enables notifications for sharing content via email or Slack.

 

  • Share on Facebook Email or Slack Notification:

    • When the admin or your marketing team creates a social media post intended for Facebook, you will receive a notification.

  • Notification Content:

    • Open the email or Slack notification and locate the "Share on Facebook" option.
    • Click on this option to share the content on your Facebook feed.

  • Add Your Comments (Optional):

    • After clicking "Share on Facebook," you will have the opportunity to add your comments to the shared content.
    • Personalize your message as desired before posting it to your Facebook feed.

  • Facebook's policies prohibit automatic sharing through apps like MarketBeam. Therefore, sharing on Facebook must be done manually through email notifications.
