• Accessing User Profile:

    • Navigate to the Profile page within MarketBeam.
    • Under the "Connect Personal Social Media Accounts" section, locate and click on "LinkedIn".

  • Connection Process:

    • You will be directed to the LinkedIn connection page.
    • Follow the prompts to connect your personal LinkedIn profile to MarketBeam.

Important Note:

  • Admins and employees need to connect their personal social media accounts, such as LinkedIn, to share corporate content with their own network.
  • Your sharing preferences, as set in your MarketBeam account, will be applied automatically when new social posts are created by your marketing admin.

 

 

Reconnecting Your LinkedIn Account to MarketBeam

 

To ensure seamless sharing of corporate content on your personal LinkedIn network, MarketBeam requires re-authorization of your LinkedIn connection every 12 months due to LinkedIn's policy.

 

You'll receive a reminder email with clear instructions whenever your connection is nearing expiration. Simply follow the steps outlined in the email to reconnect your LinkedIn account and maintain uninterrupted sharing capabilities.
