Connecting

 

  1. Access Social Accounts Settings:

    • Navigate to the Team settings within MarketBeam.
    • Select the "Social Accounts" tab.
  2. Access Twitter Page:

    • Within the Social Accounts tab, locate and click on the Twitter page you wish to connect.
  3. Login to Twitter:

    • You will be redirected to the Twitter login page.
    • Log in using the credentials associated with your corporate Twitter account. Ensure that you are logging in with the corporate account, not your personal profile.
  4. Connect Twitter Account:

    • After successful login, Twitter will be connected to MarketBeam automatically.

 

Disconnecting

  1. Locate Connected Twitter Page:

    • Go to the Profile page within MarketBeam to find the connected Twitter page.
  2. Delete Connected Account:

    • Find the connected Twitter page and select the option to "Delete" it.
    • Confirm the action to disconnect the Twitter page from MarketBeam.

Important Note:

  • Disconnecting the Twitter page means that MarketBeam will no longer be able to publish posts to that page.
  • If you wish to resume posting to the Twitter page in the future, you will need to reconnect it to MarketBeam following the same steps outlined above.
