While it's important to ensure your post is perfect before publishing, mistakes can still happen. If you need to delete a post for any reason, follow these steps.

  • Select the Post to Delete:
    • Navigate to the Publish menu within MarketBeam.
    • Choose the appropriate post that you want to delete.
  • Click Delete:
    • Once the post is selected, click on the "Delete" option.

 

Deleting the post will have the following effects:

  • The post will be removed from the Publish page, preventing future sharing by employees.
  • For employees who have chosen auto-share, no further sharing will occur.
  • Notifications (via Email or Slack) for employees who have selected this option will cease.
  • Posts published to company pages will be deleted.

Important:

  • Posts already published by employees cannot be deleted.
