Streamline your social media content creation and publishing process with MarketBeam's intuitive publishing tool. Follow these steps to create and publish posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook simultaneously.

Before You Begin:
Ensure that you have already added your social accounts to MarketBeam. If not, refer to the articles under Connect Social Accounts for instructions.
Elements of a Story:
After adding social accounts, you can create and publish social media posts. In addition to text, you can include the following in your posts:
- Links: Include any URL or contact support@marketbeam.io to create a branded short link. To learn more, see Custom Branded Links.
- Images: Upload images (< 1MB file size).
- Mentions: Mention a user or Page. To learn more, see Mention a user or Page.
- Hashtags: Include clickable hashtags in your post.
- Content Type Tags: Analyze content performance by type. To learn more, see Setup Content Type tags
- Topic Tags: Analyze post performance by target market or product line. To learn more, see Setup Topic tags
Navigate to Publish menu -> Create Post
URL and Image
Enter the URL you want to use and click "Fetch." MarketBeam will automatically fetch images and title from the URL, which you can update.
Text for Publishing to Company Pages
Customize the text for each social media platform. Note the character limit for Twitter.
Repeat the same text for other social posts or change the text.
Text for Employees or Leave it blank
This option is checked by default. By keeping it checked, you can make sure that all your colleagues who are MarketBeam users will be notified about this new post.

(Optional) Tag Content Type and Topic
Choose a preset Content Type and Topic to tag the post. This will enhance Content analytics on the dashboard.
Preview Story
Preview the post before publishing. Every social media's preview should be available.
Publish Post
When ready, choose from the following publishing options:
- Post Now: Publish the post immediately.
- Save as Draft: Save the post as a draft for later review.
- Schedule: Schedule a date and time for the post to publish.
Note: The Schedule option will be enabled only after you choose a date and time to post.
