You can mention Pages or users in your Post when creating new or editing scheduled or draft Posts. Mentions are displayed in the social network as a hyperlink to the user or Page, and the user or Page mentioned receives a notification of the mention.

You can mention/tag the following in posts:

• LinkedIn pages
• LinkedIn profiles - limited to only employees on MarketBeam
• Your company's LinkedIn page followers
• Twitter profiles

LinkedIn Pages

Ensure that the admin who is creating the Story has a valid LinkedIn connection. This will enable the MarketBeam admin to mention/tag a page. 

LinkedIn Profiles

LinkedIn API does not provide an option to tag any LinkedIn user profile. So, MarketBeam has built a feature where you can tag any employee who is a MarketBeam user. For example, if your CEO is speaking at an event, you can tag her/him. However, you cannot tag the co-presenter who may not be your employee.

Tagging LinkedIn Followers:

• Ensure that LinkedIn followers have followed your company page.
• Once they have followed your company page, you can tag them in your posts created on MarketBeam.

Note: Tagging LinkedIn followers can enhance engagement and interaction with your audience, allowing for more targeted communication and collaboration on the platform.

Twitter Profiles:

You can tag profiles on Twitter. MarketBeam currently does not support auto retrieval of all available tags. However, you can tag any profile, and it will tag them accurately in the Tweet.

Note: Make sure that the tag is accurate.
