The Publishing tab within the Settings section is where you manage the technical distribution and authentication of your corporate social presence. This section allows you to control how your brand appears across networks and ensures that all outgoing content is both tracked and approved.

 

Social Connection Cards

Manage your corporate accounts through a centralized, easy-to-read dashboard:

 

  • Centralized View: View all linked accounts as clean cards that display the connection status and the date they were originally integrated.

  • Authentication: Admins can add new pages or reconnect existing ones by clicking "Connect," which redirects to the platform's login for secure credential entry.

  • Status Tracking: Monitor the health of each connection at a glance to ensure uninterrupted publishing and monitoring.

Domain Management

Control the appearance of your shared links to increase brand trust and engagement:

 

  • MarketBeam Domain: You can use the standard default domain provided by the platform.

     

  • Custom Branded Domains: Configure a custom domain to align with your corporate identity. Using a branded domain typically improves click-through rates and reinforces brand authority on social timelines.

Ensure every interaction is measurable across your MarTech stack:

 

  • Global Toggles: Easily toggle UTM parameters on or off for all shared links.

  • Traffic Attribution: This ensures that every click generated by your advocates is correctly attributed in Google Analytics or other web tracking tools, providing a clear view of social media's impact on web traffic.

     

     

Social Content Approval Workflows

Tailor the review process to fit your industry's specific regulatory or brand requirements:
