Overview

The Integrations tab connects MarketBeam with internal and external apps. 

Steps to Configure Integrations

 

Slack

  1. Make sure you have Slack Admin Access to install the intregration.
  2. Navigate to Integrations. In Settings, click the Integrations tab.
  3. Connect Slack.
  4. Click Install to authorize MarketBeam to send notifications to Slack.
  5. Use Test Connection to validate the connection.

AI-Precheck

  1. Enable AI Precheck Content (Premium).
  2. Toggle Enable AI Precheck Content. This feature performs AI‑powered compliance checks on content.
  3. Provide your Company Name and Company Description.
  4. Upload Customer Guidelines and System Guidelines to tailor AI reviews.

 

AI-Compose

  1. Enable AI Compose and Personalize (Premium).
  2. Toggle Enable AI Compose to allow AI‑assisted content creation.
  3. Set Admin AI Compose Credits and Employee Personalize Credits to allocate the number of AI compositions allowed per month.

HubSpot

  1. Connect HubSpot (Premium).
  2. Toggle Enable HubSpot Integration to sync social activity into your HubSpot CRM.
  3. Select the LinkedIn engagement types (Comments, Reactions) to include.
  4. Click Install to connect, Test Connection to confirm, or Uninstall to remove.

 

UTM Parameters

  1. Configure Lead Tracking and UTM parameters.
  2. Check Enable UTM to append UTM parameters to shared links.
  3. Fill in UTM Campaign, UTM Source, and UTM Medium (e.g., campaign, marketbeam, social‑media).
  4. Check Enable Lead Tracking to capture leads from social posts.

 

Google Alert

  1. Set up Google Alert Integration (Premium).
  2. Toggle Enable Google Alert Integration.
  3. Click Add Feed Url to add Google Alert RSS feed URLs. These feeds will trigger notifications when matching keywords appear online.
  4. Save changes. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Tips

  • Premium integrations (AI features, HubSpot, Google Alerts) require an upgraded plan and activation by MarketBeam support
