Overview

When it's necessary to remove a user from your team, such as when an employee leaves the company, you can follow these steps to delete them from MarketBeam:

Manual

  • Access the Users tab

  • Search for the User:

    • Use the search function to find the user you want to delete. You can search by their name or email address
    • You can use the filters to do a Bulk action and delete multiple users.
    • Click on "Delete" to finalize the action.

SSO Access & Offboarding

  • Google Identity Provider: Automatic deprovisioning (where access is cut off automatically upon company offboarding) is currently only supported for organizations using Google as their Identity Provider.
