Manage Permissions & Roles
MarketBeam uses dynamic role-based access control. As you select a role, the system displays the specific permissions granted, ensuring transparency in access levels.

Admin: Complete control over platform settings, billing, and user management.

Amplifier: The standard role for employees focused on sharing and engaging with approved content.

Influencer: A strategic role for executives. Admins can draft and schedule posts for these accounts to build brand authority without requiring the executive to log in daily.

Reviewer: Users responsible for the internal approval workflow, ensuring all content meets brand or regulatory standards.
User Groups & Filtering

Strategic Segmentation: Organize users into groups by department (Sales, HR), region (NAM, EMEA), or seniority to ensure they receive content relevant to their specific networks.
-> To create User Groups, go to Settings, on the Amplification tab, create the User Groups.

Advanced Sorting: Admins can quickly filter the user list by social account connection status, sharing preferences (Auto-Share vs. Manual), and role.
