This metric is calculated by multiplying the Cost per Click (CPC) value by the clickthroughs garnered by social media posts.
How to Set up Cost Per Click (CPC)
To configure the Cost Per Click (CPC) values, navigate to Team Settings and locate the Earned Media section. Here, administrators can input the average CPC for advertising on various social channels.
These values serve as the basis for calculating Earned Media Value on the dashboard. It's essential to accurately set up CPC to ensure precise evaluation of the organic traffic generated through social media posts.
